Mixed Feelings at This Retreat
poor insulation dated appearance
The staff was very helpful and tried to accommodate requests .
The room was not properly insulated, so noise from neighboring rooms was easily heard. The air conditioning struggled to cool the entire space, even on its lowest setting. The hotel also seemed a bit dated. It did not appear as fresh as it did in the photos.
